Google Adwords: No Support ,No Free Coupons, No Chat anymore???

There isn't any. Here we have Google Adwords which is a PAID service. Unlike many other applications, hats off and thank you very much.
Now, we are in a different arena when one pays good money and in my case 650.00 a month for one business. You would think I would get some assistance.
There is no phone number, no chat, no direct email. You have to go through many steps of the help menu first.

What will happen is.

1. You write them and do not receive an immediate autoresponder.
2. You will get a canned response within 24 hours, but it is not immediate and is a standard text.
3. Then you wait.
4. You will be tempted to write again because there is an expectation that you should receive support especially since you are paying.
5. Then after a few days, you will get a response, that does NOT include your orignial question. The answer will be from their help text. Nothing personal, nothing specific to your question.
6. You will have to write again.
7. In a week, they may write back and apologize and say they are looking into it.
8. In about 3 weeks, you get your final answer but it doesn't really answers it specifically because again, their "answer" is full of links to their help section.
9. Most often, the links give a 404 error.
10. There is no back and forth.

 They will wear you out.

I would think better of them if they in the many emails, asked me something. If they were truly interested in solving the issue, my thoughts were, they would ask me, which section, which words, which ads. So, I know they are not focused on the solutions but answer as many as possible with minimal pissing off patrons.

Bad business.

By contrast, Microsoft has wonderful support. Immediately, you can call or chat. Or, you can email, or use their help. There AdCenter is much like Adwords and has a few other options. If you want to see the pro and cons, please read  here.

See below, a quick screen shot. Now the good news, you don't pay as much per click. I find that I can get more with .50 cents where as with Google it is 2.50. Why, because there is less traffic. So, why not be a big fish in small pond with MS. Keep Adwords, but use MS Adcenter.

So, my point????
Before Google takes over the iworld, let's all rise up and complain and demand better service. Microsoft has coupled with Yahoo to gain back traffic, but it may be awhile. The under dog always has to try harder. I think it is time we knock Adwords down a peg. I don't mean to uruly and make up stuff and be mean. I mean tell the truth. I have written Google and they apologize, but they don't answer the questions and take care of their customers. You will see if you haven't already. Those who read this, if I get a big enough following, like signing a petition, I will set that up.

Please let me know if you are interested.
